Il Dottor Giorgio Fischer figlio di Arpad Fischer (il quale fu
il primo chirurgo che pote' operare liberamente nel campo della
chirurgia estetica - a seguito di un'udienza privata nel 1956
con Pio XII, il pontefice dichiaro' sull'"Osservatore
Romano" che se il fine era buono la Chirurgia Estetica era
lodevole), si e' laureato il 2 Febbraio 1970 all'Universita'
"La Sapienza " di Roma.
Nel Novembre del 1970 Giorgio Fischer e suo padre fondarono
l'"International Academy of Cosmetic Suregery" e la
"Societa' Italiana di Chirurgia Estetica".
Nel 1974 Giorgio Fischer e suo padre invento' la LIPOSUZIONE
,oggi liposcultura.Il primo articolo concernente quest'interevnto
fu' pubblicato nel "Bulletin of the International Academy
of Cosmetic Surgery" nel Dicembre 1976.
Nel 1985 divenne Presidente ,tuttora in carica,della
"societa' Italiana di Chirurgia Estetica" Nel Setembre
1986 Giorgio Fischer fondo' la "Societa' Italiana di
